Returns
We accept returns only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
To claim damage or wrong product delivery, customers must record a continuous unboxing video from opening the sealed package until inspection of the product. Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Change of mind.
Color variations due to screen settings.
Products purchased during sale or promotional offers.
Refunds
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
